Christian Pastor Brutally Murders Thief

Sicelo Dludlu, Pastor of the Church of God Ministries in Swaziland beat a 21 year old boy who admitted to stealing money from the pastor's house with sticks ultimately resulting in the boys death.

When he repented and converted to Christianity Pastor Dludlu confessed to numerous members of the community that he was guilty of adultery as he had slept with their wives and had thus begged for their forgiveness.

"I still cannot comprehend how he lost his cool towards my son, soon forgetting how I had forgiven him when he confessed that he had also committed adultery with my wife," said Maseko. He added: "I would have expected him to discipline my son and not kill because I thought the nature of our relationship was based on forgiveness."

The story makes no suggestions about the pastor being charged with any crimes, but does state that "some members of the local community police" where apparently bystanders during the act.

Texas Christian Accused of Murder

Brian White of Humble, Texas pleaded innocent on Monday for beating a stranger to death with a rock in New Jersey.

White is accused of murdering a stranger, Michail Makarenko, 75, of Virginia by pummeling him with a rock after the victim refused to buy a religious CD from him. The incident took place at the James Fenimore Cooper Service Area on the New Jersey Turnpike in Mount Laurel in March.

State police have said White, a disc jockey, appears to have mental health issues. The CD was a Christian recording.

Christian apologists will be quick to point out the mental health issues as the reason for the attack and that Brian's Christian beliefs have nothing to do with it. I ask however, where was god's moral guidance that Christians claim to own when this Christian was picking up the rock?

Catholic Drug Dealer Shot

From the Belfast Telegraph today...

The coroner is set to hear how a Catholic drug dealer was gunned down by a loyalist gang after being lured to north Belfast with the promise of a cocaine deal.

Did they really just say "Catholic drug dealer?" Yes, they did and it doesn't appear to be a mistake.

The actual shooting occurred way back in 2001, but the text of the article just kills me. They describe the shooting as a "horrific murder" by "heartless thugs" of a "34-year-old dad-of-two", like he was some kind of saint spreading god's word, not distributing cocaine. I guess if in some future re-mistranslation of the bible, "god's word" becomes "methamphetamines" then this guy might actually become a saint. However, until that happens, he was a low-life drug dealer, destroying people's lives for his own personal selfish gain, period.

Disclaimer: GodMocker does not in any way endorse murder of anyone, regardless their faults. If you know of a Catholic drug dealer (or any drug dealer for that matter), take the moral high road and report your information to the appropriate authorities and let the legal system handle it. If the legal system refuses or fails, use the press.

More on the Christian Witch Hunts

Tiny Frog has some good commentary on the Christian Witch Hunts in Nigeria, pointing out specific passages in the Bible that promote such activity.

Some people will certainly argue that modern American Christians don't subscribe to those particular passages or condone that behavior. However my response is that you can't cherry pick the parts of the bible you want to follow and ignore the rest. You have to either take the whole thing at it's word, or throw the entire thing out as superstitious woo nonsense.

Creationist sentenced for killing hiking partner.

Two friends go backpacking in Australia. The conversation turns to creation vs evolution. They don't agree, so naturally one of them must die. Guess who?
